"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Can a mod move this if it's not the correct section.

Ok guys, enough is enough. I have spent the last two years of my life actively engaging with BPD oneitis and it's got to stop.

Everything has fallen by the wayside, career, health, social life, everything.

As of today the old witch is OUT, and I have a 6 month mission to get my life back on track and moving in the right direction.

Confidence is shot to ****, i look like crap, i'm out of shape and unhealthy, time to change.

Missions

1# Get back into shape

This one should come easy if i can keep consistant and avoid getting injured. I am going to get on a 5 day split, get my nutrition down and work my ass off. It's been 3 years since I was in great shape, but fortunatley the stress of my bpd has left me underweight rather than getting fat, so i have a good base to start an immediate bulk, and i feel i'll do ok in this regard.

2# Get back out on the town and start banging some chicks

This one will be more difficult with the shot confidence and poor state i'm in, however working on the other points for a little while BEFORE i go out in the field should diminish this somewhat, i'm not a bad looking guy, i just need to get tidied up and repair the damage

3# Do inner work on confidence, try to eradicate codependent traits

Difficult, i'm not all that sure where to start, i assimilate the information fine, but the old core wounds seem to always remain in the background, i really need to get this fixed once and for all.

4# build a healthy social life again.

Again, this will come after a little while of building myself up, i have lost many friends due to my bpd ex, and others have moved away, while i was dealing with her obviously i have not made new friends. I'll build it back up though.

5# better habits

Need to stop smoking, need to get proper sleep, eat healthy, reduce stress etc.

Any advice and encouragement is appreciated!

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
