Most if not all girls will be 'tight' their first few times having sex, after that it's genetics that determines how large or loose her puzzy will get.

I think Eric is basically right.

But also realize that more wetness will make her feel looser.

As a girl gets more comfortable and/or more turned on, she'll feel looser if she's more wet. Likewise, if she's new at it, nervous or not into it, she'll be dryer and feel tighter.

I don't think much except childbirth can have a permanent effect on vag/vulva tightness. What you're being hugged by is muscle -- the rest is basically a squishy tube. (mm, yum, you're welcome)
