It's undercover prostitution, the pictures are only the entry tickets to get a special fan offer to meet in private. They are safe because no lawenforcement operation will buy pictures for hundreds of bucks to bust these people and if it looks like the girl created the pictures on her own, the pimp can remain in the background.

Here dad was a police officer. I think in this case her parents support this anti social media behavior because it's bringing in $$$$$. Who cares if she dresses like a wh*re at her age when her parents cash in. All this is leading to the decline of society.
