Throwing a party, but not at home?

Hey guys, I'm leaving the country and want to throw a farewell party for my friends, but I can't do at my place because my flatmates won't allow me... plus we have a white carpet

...so any good idea where I could go for the party? I mean I don't want to rent out a bar, it's not going to be that big.
