Hey guys, I'm working on bulking up but I just don't have the time/energy to make meals all the freaking time. I work out regularly but am not really getting anywhere because my calorie intake is just to low. Is a weight gainer mix a good way to supplelment my diet? I eat healthy otherwise, I just really would like to minimize the hassle that eating so much creates. Just wondering if anyone has any advice on the pros/cons of using weight gainers. Thanks!
