If this was done by interview, the numbers are on a far lower end than in reality. Of course you can tell it's bullsh!t just by looking at the numbers too.
Women lie even on anonymous surveys and only begin to tell the whole truth when they believe with conviction that they are hooked to a lie detector and tell the truth because they think they can't lie. Doubtlessly many of them still try of course, and if they're actually not connected to one but just think they are, you still can't tell.
The bottomline for me is I'd rather be safe than sorry, and will look at women as not suitable for any kind of commitment, until proven otherwise.

lol i love this quote .. everybody by default looks at it the other way around .. but i like the idea of assuming that she's not right off the bat .. and letting her fight the uphill battle of proving otherwise.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I think females only count and report serious LTRs in their sex partners count. A median of 3-4 sounds like the number of serious LTR most women have. They don't count and report the much more numerous ONS, STR, FBs and FWBs they have had, since those don't 'count' as legitimate they rationalize.
