Thoughts on Going on Dates for the Hell of it?

As you know I’m in a relationship. Though, I’d like to constantly brush up on my social skills. Anyone here have a similar perspective?

I disagree with this.

You should be the one in the " I am not reliable " driver seat rather than the woman.

Look at my picture (good guy Greg). This is typical GGG thinking. And that's great untill she starts to date other people and its not so great anymore for you.

We can take about God, karma ect but that's always based upon a personal opinion. We all know that abundance only comes when you have options. So yes, you could cancel the date and just leave it at an ego boost. Personally I would give new chick a change to proof herself.

I rather be a happy azzhole than a depressed GoodGuy Greg .

From a moral standpoint you are 100%right.

I just think it's good for a man to know he can and will replace her at any given moment . Modern dating and morals dont mix that well.

I still think it’s bad frame. Your reputation is priceless. Be the guy who tells it straight and honest. Alpha men don’t sneak.

If it were me, and you are operating in a relationship of definite exclusivity, you should tell her you want to begin to see other people. You can have w couple mojitos first and turn on Popular by Nada Surf while you’re doing it in order to lighten the mood, but you should do it. I am not joking you, my 5 year old told me yesterday that he didn’t want to advertise to the class that he broke up with the girl that called him her bf, because he didn’t want to hurt her. Be more mature than a 5 year old.

@Chowdah The problem is not so much going out with another girl. The problem is going behind you girlfriend´s back.

If you have a good frame in your relationship, you can see you girlfriend, have sex with her, and as you cuddle you can say something like "Listen, I want you to hear it from me. Last night I went out to dinner with a female friend." and if she trusts you and you maintain frame you can get away with it.
