“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I completed this workout in the past and I remember the results were great, but it's been awhile. I'm going back to the gym fairly soon after a long, long hiatus. I intend to get back into shape, and I'm considering this workout again.

Anyone ever completed an AbcBodybuilding workout program? How was your experience? What were the results?

If you like doing catabolic aerobics go for it. If you're trying to grow then there are far better options.

If you mean you're trying to drop some fat then stick with the routine that built your muscle (so it stays on), and add in cardio and clean up your diet depending on how much fat you have to lose.

The worst thing you can do if you want to keep your muscle is change from the routine that gained you your mass in the first place...

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I just "hit" the gym earlier tonight. It'll be awhile before I start lifting heavy again. I need to get back in shape to the point where I can actually do 30 minutes of cardio. I'm meeting with a personal trainer next week to make sure I get myself on the right track. Until then, I'm going to be in the gym every day next week training my muscles to last thirty minutes of cardio work. I'm confident my cardiovascular system can last that long, but my endurance is practically gone. You know those stepping-moonwalk-like machines? I was able to do three minutes, which was already beyond the point where my calves felt like they were on fire... *sigh* This is going to take a lot of work, but I'm up for it.

I also weighed myself for the first time in several years. I'm around 305 lbs. I definitely need to lose weight in addition to burning fat and getting back into shape. I've been out of the workout cycle for far too long.

Weightlifting would get you where you want to go faster than pure cardio alone. Start with bodyweight exercises.

 You're tellin a 305 pound man to do bodyweight exercises?!?!

My preference is the bike and I do 15 minutes of warm up before any lifting or stretching. Demon man, you're gonna want to speed up your metabolism, drink alot of green tea (love that stuff), eat less fats! NO CHEESE! Olive oil is where you wanna get your fats from. Turn your body into a FIREBALLL!!!! AHHHHHHHHHH!

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!1

why not? I didn't say which ones...he'll figure out pretty quickly what works and what doesn't. I had in mind squats, etc. My point is that rather than avoid heavy weights, he should build up to them.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Demon in your situation this is what i'd do (assuming your over acceptable body fat)

-Diet-

I would only take in carbs post workout. The rest of my calories would come from protein and good fats

Protein- lean meats and whey (300-350 grams)
Fat- fish oil, flax, natural peanutbutter, olive oil (200-250g)

trace carbs from veges are fine

-Lifting-

I would do a very basic push/pull lifting routine on monday and thursday

-Cardio-

I would do low intensity cardio first thing in the morning for 30min and the same thing again at night or evening, i'd slowly build up the duration to last 1hr for each session and slowly increase the intensity from low to moderate.

I'd do the cardio at least 6 days a week if not 7.

Also take green tea and some other supplements that would aid in fatloss

perfect.

depending on your training loads you may benefit from some carbs in the morning as well (breakfast, after your cardio).

Lets say I wasn't fat, would taking in carbs basically post workout and at breakfast help lose fat and gain muscle mass? I seem to naturally get quite a bit of protein when I eat, and I don't really feel like trying to force feed myself carbs if it's not helping my goals.

Skilla, you're 150. You need to eat carbs until the cows come home. You have no fat to lose. Bigger guys can cut carbs and lose fat because they have a plentiful energy source in bodyfat - you don't. You'd end up catabolising muscle..
