I just graduated from college with a degree in Advertising. And every job I see/hear about is either a sales job, or they want 3-5 years experience.

I'm a pretty good copywriter, and I just want to start working a real job. What do you guys think?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

anything else. find some companies that you would like to work for and see if you can get an entry level position there. then show what you can do and apply for advertising when they need someone.

part of advertising is putting the advert in the right place, so the right people see it etc...

I therefor find it pretty ironic that you have posted your question in the wrong forum :p

LOL

I know the feeling mate, they want someone in their early twenties at most, with 5-10 years experience. with no friends or family that can take up time =)
You also need to be in peak conditions, never been sick in your life, and be prepared to work 26 hours a day.

As the others said, try getting in at the bottom, and work yourself up.

once you're in, and have shown off how great you are, it shouldn't be too hard..

after all, being a don juan is about selling one self, is it not??

PS, this prolly needs moving to the "anything else" section..
