“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Maybe Im writing this because I feel these are the things I always have trouble with or maybe I just need to get this off my chest .. In anycase I want to throw out watever its in ..

How do you guys let go... Let Go of .... the hatred for the guy who is too negative against you and have presumptuous thoughts about you...anger, all the bull**** that this flying around, wanting companionship ..

I just have these emotions and I just dont know how to let go..
How far can we go to forgive people if they do wrong..

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

As Aaron mention meditation is good
I recommend Reading spiritual philosophy books
Listen to music which you like most will help you relive anger
Comedy videos are a great way to leave from stress from your mind

Canada, eh?
Take up shooting! There is nothing like blowing a few rounds at random things. Then, meditate.

Find something else to do. It may sound trite, but it's a good thing to have something else to channel your energy into. Take up a new hobby, read a book on a new subject (philosophy is a good one, though I like history too), go somewhere new and meet some new people. Just do something to expand your horizons and help you put your emotions in perspective. Eventually it will help you realise that whatever you were angry about before wasn't worth getting angry about - there are more important things in life.

Agreed. Meditation is highly important. I recommend doing it on a daily basis

"Regard hostile people with gratitude. When a hostile person harms us and makes us angry, that is our opportunity to practice patience."
