A few weeks ago I was at the race track and I met this guy and we got to talking and lo and behold he's an arkansas razorback fan! I'm like dude.. we got to get together and do something.
okay so he calls me and asks me do i want to come over his house today for the arkansas game, i'm like cool. be good to get around other men and do man ****. drink beer, talk ****, etc.
before I left, I had closed a client for 7400 dollar website. he sent me the agreemnet, it was 20 pages long. i had signed it, and as soon as i signed it, my phone rang and i forgot about it and left.
so while i'm over his house, i remember and i call my fiancee and ask her to send the fax to the number that was in my email account. so she does this for me.
I get a call from the client, he asks me why i did not send the entire fax. I told him what had hapened and i would check and see what happened. So i call her and she tells me 'well you can just email the rest of the fax, i just sent the signature page.. you are wasting money sending the entire fax, that's 20 pages".
in my most polite voice i asked her again to resend the fax, after 10 minutes of arguing about the fax she agrees but still doesn't see the point of sending the fax.. for a 7400 dollar job mind you, when i can just email it.. the fax will cost me approx 95 cents.

apparently this **** really meant something to her, becuase i get home, and she still wants to talk about the fax and wants me to explain why she has to send the whole thing.
my whole point is, it doesn't matter WHY. that is what she doesn't get. first of all, you just do it. secondly, it doesn't matter if it's stupid, which I actually somewhat agree with her on that.. that's what the client wants. he has his reasons. no other questions should be asked at that point. so then she tells me "well i would tell him it's not that serious".. and the sad part is.. I know she isn't' lying. she really would.
So now she's walking around with her lip poked out. she's not mad, she doesn't like being shown up so now she's making a scene about it. somehow she has equated her stance on faxes to me not thinking she is not smart enough.. i can see the wheels turning in her head.
poor baby, she was actually "proud' she had saved me 95 cents. all this is about is she went out of her way to save me money or be efficent and it backfired and now she wants my approval
i guarantee you tomorrow she will come and try to help me with whatever i am working with to "show me she's capable". women no mtter how hot or sexy or smrt they are are really all the same. they are all cats that want attention and want to be petted. right now she just wants my approval.. just like all women women a man's approval.
