This is gonna seem like a dumb question but does it mean anything when a women refers to you as hun? Like today I was going in to get a job application and the lady was like "No hun you've got to bring in a resume" Wtf does hun mean?

It's short for "honey", and some women (like diner and truck stop waitresses) "just talk that way". It means nothing.
