"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

A one-minute kiss burns 26 calories.
Just thought I'd upgrade your life with an interesting fact now you have to think of one

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

How about..
...

Hey Vanessa, it's Doris. How you doin? Don't got much time to chat, but you just ran across my mind so I figured i'd write you real quick, just seein how you been but give me your number, and i'll text or call you sometime.

Alright.. where do I begin..

First off..

Structure your sentences in an intelligent way. She'll most likely be a bit turned away if you talk like an idiot.. so keep it structured, but not to formal.

Secondly,

Keep it short and sweet because odds are great that you'll say something stupid.

and Lastly,

...No corny facts about kissing.. IMO that just screams out needy, weird, corny, and various other "describing words" lol.
So just don't what were you thinking? lol

Hi there,
I agree with StoneColdFox, that's good advice for you. Stay away from 'textspeak' in emails. I know it feels boring to do, but write it out fully, just make it as you normally speak. Its much more powerful to read that way, puts across a much more mature feel.

As StoneColdFox says, not formal but make it warm and chatty instead. Re-read it and ask yourself one question: Will it make her smile when she reads it? If you can do that, believe me its absolute gold. Unfortunately, I can't tell you how to do that! Its a knack I guess. Relate something amusing about your day maybe, or a light tease or something. I stress 'light'. When things are written down, they have triple the power of things that are casually spoken. Tread carefully!

But StoneColdFox is right. For you, short and sweet is the thing.
