Thinning out spesific areas

Hey. Im a kinda tall guy, and rather thin. But recently however i have noticeably started getting loose flab under my chin, that would like to thin off.

Is it possible to do? I mean, i cant just loose weight regualy cause im already thinner than average.

the only way, is to 'lose weight regularly' .. you're not thinner than average if you've got a flabby chin.
