Hey fellow DJ's. I just started my sophmore year of high school last week. Ever since I started school I feel like I am thinking about a billion things at once. This is really starting to effect my concentration, relaxation, and social skills. At the end of the day my head actually hurts somewhat:cuss: I would greatly appreciate any advice on calming my mind. Thanks

This may seem obvious:
-Don't think about the past. Concentrate on the future.
-Concentrate at what is in front of you.
-Live in the moment, not your past.
-Relax and concentrate on not thinking.

DUDE:confused:

The point of the potato chip is to get your mind OFF whatever you where thinking and totaly on the chip.

Its like when you play a sport. If your worried that you might mess up or that a girl is watching then you'll fvck up. But when your totaly concentrated on what your doing (the chip or the task in front of you) your mind blocks out useless thoughts.

Try to be the best/most involved at the task at hand.
