"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

hey guys,

well i hung out with this girl this weekend and things appeared to go well, but when i had to leave, some things threw me off. She mentioned she had an ex, but I asked if it was going to be a problem and she said no.

Now I'm not so sure and I'm getting the feeling that he may have more of a part in her life than I thought previously. I'm wondering if I should just go on thinking she was right when she said there's nothing up between them no more or blatantly asking if there is any real potential between me and her atm.

I like this girl and I get the feeling that she likes me and would like the chance to see it go further, but definitely not if she's still involved with her ex. So do I ask about it? and if she says no, should I just tell her that I don't like wasting my time and would rather know now if he'll be a problem or if it's too soon? Or should I be all like "forget about him and move on to me, you wouldn't want to miss out on that would you?" or something similar.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

sometimes women need that extra push to move on from the "trap" of the ex boyfriend.

You need to show her that you are the alpha male and that you have higher value. Before you know it, she wont even remember the chump's name.

Next time you see her, do not mention her ex. If she brings the subject off, change the subject, act like that guy's whole existance is nothing to you.

Read up on NLP. While you are with her, constantly remind her what a good time she is having, teach her to associate those good feelings with your presence.

It's no big deal. Women move on from the ex's all the time. She just needs that extra encouragement.
