Thinking about joining a gym

Hello, I have been thinking about joining a gym. Only problem is that I would only have 2-3 days, that I could fit into my scheduele to do this. 4 if Im lucky.

I could do the 2 weekends, even If I have to work, since it is part time.

But sometimes I will have 2 days off during the week. And then I could go after school. But those are not guarenteed.

So can you work out, only 2-3 times a week and see results?

Yes. You have a 2-day split over the weekend, and if you hit that hard enough, it'll do good on its own. Your other free days are just gravy, whatever you want.
