have you ever initiated conversation with a girl and she seemed distant cause she was quiet and gave one word responses? it seems like she's dissing you. but that's not always the case.
i approached this cutie behind the register in the mall. despite the fact that she seemed distant, i asked for her # anyway and she gave it to me. after hanging out for some time, she revealed that when we first met, she was really nervous and that was the reason she wasn't engaged in the conversation. funny cause i always interpreted a girl being quiet and giving one word responses as a sign of not being interested.
