"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

My wrists are too thin and skinny. I was wondering how can I make my wrists wider/ larger/ bigger? Also, I am 26 and would my age be an obstacle in the way?

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Well, that's a very informative site. But anything in the line of free-hand exercise?

Free hand, you mean without weight? This doesn't work, you need to give the muscles reason to grow, this is done with weights.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I don't think there's atually anything natural you can do to make your WRIST wider/bigger. It's all genetics if you have thin bones. And there's really no visible muscle in the wrist area.

Doing deadlifts etc. will make your forearms bigger which will in turn make you look ripped even with small wrists

Im no physician, so dont take my word 100%, but I think it is possible to make your wrists SLIGHTLY bigger. I think if youre gaining mass everywhere, your wrists get bigger alittle bit. But for the most part it such a small amount that its hardly noticable. But one advantage of having small wrists is it can make your forearms alot bigger looking if you work those out.

First of all you can't build up your wrists.

Second of all why do you want to build up your wrists? You have nothing to gain with bigger wrists. Nobody notices your wrist size. I've never once heard somebody say" damn look at the wrists on that guy, I wish I had wrists like that." Small wruists are actually better because it makes your forearms look bigger.

You cant make your wrists bigger with exercises. It's a bone. Anyone who tells you otherwise is a fool. The only natural way you could increase it would be through calcium, but even then, it wouldnt be a very noticable difference.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

i disagree. i think people will take notice of your wrists if they are unnaturally small or unnaturally big. the bigger your wrists the better. it's a symbol of power

BWAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!

Are you kidding me? Big wrists equal a symbol of power? People actually notice your wrists? Flex Wheeler has 6.5 inch wrists. He's only one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time and his tiny wrists made him look better. Why worry about wrists anyway when you can't change the size?

Big wrists equal power lol

Thanks for the laugh:D

dude, if you have weak wrists girls will notice...Go to a sports store or something and buy those grip handle things....or just go to the gym grab a dumbell and rest your forearm on the bench with you hand hanging over the edge and curl it up, thats how you do a wrist workout. Use god judgement and concentragte on workingyour wrists as opposed you your bi's and forearm (although they get a little work out of this too)

Those exercises train the forearms. But they are called wrist curls therefore the misinterprentation that they train the wrists. You can train forearms but not wrists.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
