Here are two things that have helped me the most in keep my weight down over the last two years.
1) Buy a weight scale and use it every morning before you shower, after you crap, and certainly before you eat. You'll be pretty much empty and the scale will give a more acurate result. It will help you keep track of your weight, and you'll be more cautious about what you eat.
2) Get a blender. I, like most people, am to lazy to cook a good meal. Breakfast to me is a myth. So when I realized how expensive a donut, coffee and muffin was really costing me(health and financially). I decided to get a blender and just throw a bunch of fruits and veggies into. The donut shop was costing about 5$ a trip, great deal right? Well no, you see $5x100days=$500. blender was $50 on sale, and gives me more energy and saves me more money which I can then spend on things like my gym membership and gas for my car to go on dates and stuff, you know what I mean.
Anyway, go out tomarrow and get these things and use them.
