"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Buddy, it's all a bunch of caffeine to make you feel like you got energy, stick to the basics - Cardio.

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

lol...?!
I was being sarcastic.

IMO... keep using the sh!t.
I'm using a thermo right now as well.

In the least it will just give you more energy, to make for a harder/longer workout. Thus... more fat burning, and muscle-growth. If you don't have any unwanted side-effects, and you enjoy the energy, etc. it gives you... carry on.

Just make sure you drink HEAPS of water, they dehydrate you like nothing I've ever experienced before. I was taking them to boost my energy levels for a tournament but stopped after the first day. (after building up on them for a week beforehand) I was actually feeling sluggish, permanently thirsty and physically ill. Of course this was in 37 degree heat, so I was sweating a sh*tload as it was. After discontinuing their use I was fine for the rest of the tournament.
