Being patented does not mean it works. That patent is several years old, and if the cure was so simple, then they would be exploiting it for commercial gain.

Besides, I saw on South Park that cash cures HIV. That's why Magic Johnson is still alive.

I don't think they'll release the cure for HIV/AIDs anytime soon, if they have found it.

People in America alone spend millions upon millions of dollars each year for medication for these diseases.
The companies want the money and I doubt they will release the cure.

Well thats my theory at least...

On the reverse...they could charge the cure extremely overpriced and people would still pay. Sooo...I dunno.

I don't buy the ultra-cynical view of the pharmaceutical industry. If one chemist...just ONE of those scientists that have access to the cure decided to go rogue and make the cure public all the while hailing it as their own discovery, they would make exponentially more money that they ever would by peddling their crappy little regimen drugs. Not to mention international recognition, and a solid place in history.

Well there has always been a cure for AIDS, it requires ingesting large amounts of bleach and letting that kill the virus....yes this has been lab tested, but sadly the human dies as well shortly after.
