Hey there!
We need to help each other guys
I think women are complex. The issue isn’t that they “lie” in a literal sense, it’s that what they say and what they respond to often don’t line up. For years, I followed the standard advice: be kind, work on your personality, get a stable job, dress better, be emotionally available, etc.
Result?
Minimal to none impact to what contribute to me making a real man.
So:
I stopped asking for advice and spent one full year going all in on tangible, measurable improvements: gym, martial arts, language learning.
That’s when things changed in a way that was impossible to ignore. (at least for my experience)
As my body changed, leaner, more defined, more muscles, bigger chest broader shoudlers, women’s behavior changed too. Not just flirting. I’m talking about repeated glances, stronger eye contact, nervous or excited behavior, and mostly direct approaches, sometimes from women in relationships, sometimes from single women, but most of the time from a high percentage of women I've met in my life, new and old.
(This wasn’t a one-off. It was consistent across different ages and contexts).
It was all experienced trought my skin. I had to set boundaries with some of them because they wanted something more, they're losing their mind, when they were actually engaged or committed to their vows, like they have children or a husband, but they were still hitting on me and actually doing the active process to get laid.
I even got stalked from one, and luckly all that is solved
(I'm glad I have not given in to none of those woman, but I have tried to learn a lot from this)
Btw, I had to aknowledge a fact...:
"Women aren’t deliberately misleading me, they’re operating on two different levels. There’s a rational, social level, which is what they say, filtered through norms and expectations. Then there’s the instinctive level, which is what they react to, immediate and not always easy to articulate, kinda reptilian/istinctive".
I've learnt that people aren’t great at explaining what attracts them, just because some traits are socially uncomfortable to admit, and there’s often a gap between what drives short-term attraction and what people say they want long term. On top of that, “safe advice” avoids judgment, and women are also prone to do that just because of social stigma, and other reasons.
Now, coming back to the real quest of the entire discussion:
There are things in a man that actually attracts women like magnets (I had to prove it myself) and by "safe advice" we're not allowed to know by asking them, what other elements suchs as a great phisique make women "instinctively"; "diretcly"; being so attracted to a man in a reptilian way.
It's something they can't resist like a great phisiuqe. (As I've tested in real life).
We're in a place where we can go over the "common" societal filters
We want to help other men out there to become great and find the trught. so:
Which are those elements a man have, or can work on, in his life, that makes him recognizable by women reptilian, instinctive brain, things that women don't talk about, but cannot deny or protect themselves when they're in the presence of this man that is a magnet on the female nature?
I want to start the list with:
1) A great phisique (think about CR7 as visual example and guide)
