"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Here's something that just came to mind that I first heard quite a while ago.

When planning your life, one usually divides it up into sections in order to improve, such as; career, girlfriend, friends, appearance and other hobbies.

Now imagine each of your goals, or sections would represent a section of a pie chart.

Finally, imagine a line being projected from the centre of the pie chart up through the middle of each section, this line being how well you are doing in each said area.

This may or may not be a difficult diagram to grasp, if people are having difficulty understanding, I will draw or find a diagram and post it.

Now, imagine this pie chart being a wheel. If you're focusing too strongly on a few areas of your pie chart (or wheel) and neglecting others, the wheel will not function properly. You can barely drive a car, let alone at any great speed with a misshapen wheel.

The metaphor, as I'm sure you've already guessed, is to have all sections, or goals in your life to be progressing at the same speed in order to be happy.

A lot of people are saying not to focus on women, but on careers and your body. This, I believe should not be too strongly embraced. By all means, pursure your chosen career and have an amazing body, but don't neglect your friends, your girlfriend, or girls you're interested in just because SS tells you so.

Hope this made sense, it's 4am and I'm tired :p

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
