Life man, tricky ****. I’ve gone through some phases recently, I don’t know where to start, but my d has now this autonomous life. It’s not like it was before, it’s as if it investigates most things now, it can be objects when I see them and reacts with some kind of slight activation.

It particularly happens when relaxed/parasympathetic nervous system activated, which in my case these days is when trying to fall asleep. I find this very stressful, tbh. But maybe this is normal, that it is constantly active, like a seismic sensor or so. I don’t know how others have it. Particularly I wonder how one relaxes in this state and be fine with it having a life on its own.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
