I would just tell my wife (who is also an advocate of the marriage builders stuff i post) that #1 Your comments are an enemy of good conversation and since you have a higher need for conversation than me, you better make it easier for me or i will not be engaging in conversation with you right now(if she complains, I walk away and let her re-engage later in a better tone). #2 My wife never refuses affection or sex unless she is on PMS week and feeling really tired and grouchy .. but then I can read that from her and I just disengage until her energy changes or try and cheer her up some by gaming her a bit and letting her **** testing roll off my back.

Of course since my wife has my best interests in mind more often than not (even after almost 20 years of being together) and I have hers, I dont have to worry about any of the above. She knows what I expect of her .. and vise versa.

But yes I have seen this type of behaviour many times .. including in my own marriage many years ago before we started using marriage builders tools and I started using the "pook" stuff on her. The combined recipe of those two things works fantasticly. Of course the marriage builders stuff works both ways .. and often puts my wife in her place when I bring it up or point out where SHE is not following the MB principals. haha.. and like the so suave stuff suggests ... you withdraw from her a bit to cool down (marriage builders says this too) to prevent your heated moments from escelating to proportions that it doesnt need to get to.

Hey, I have no problem re-vamping the court system that is most definitely biased towards women. I'm not saying it's all right at this point, it's not. Family courts and lawyers are screwed up beyond belief. The courts should have a universal decision....split assets 50/50. Divorcees can negotiate, but at the core it is 50/50 and that cannot be compromised. If you have one car, and you cannot barter back and forth, you sell the car and half the proceeds. End of story.

With kids, simple. Boys go with the father, girls go with the mother. End of story. But you can't do that, because there's always a credibility issue, blah blah blah.

MARRIAGE hasn't changed. PEOPLE have changed. Our uber-liberal, fukked up court system has something to do with that, but it's not the sole motivator. The main problem is the value of the women available and the marriage laws that give them all the power.

I guess you are basically suggesting men sacrifice themselves to save the "family unit and kids"? Well, that is only possible with cooperative women. If a woman is just going to crap on family values and divorce you the minute the marriage isn't "fun".. YOU THE MAN pay the price.
