"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Life and death are generally considered the two basic directions of living. That is dead wrong. Every religion has some type of after life, something to atone for after you live. If you look at life as evergoing, even in limbo, than there never truly is a final death.

Fear and happiness are the only two true basics.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Happiness is motivation
Fear is motivation

They are the underlying factors of EVERYTHING you do.

Whether it be happiness that you are seeking, or fear that you avoid that motivates you, all of life centers around these two concepts.

They are the reason humans have a hard time multitasking, because they pathways in the mind are still focused on our reptilian minds.

Fear and happiness are not opposing ideas, they are a generic mixture of everything we do in life.

From eye contact, to body language, to friendships, from petting our dog, to diving into a swimming pool.

Fear is experienced nearly every time we do something new, or when the idea of something new comes into the air. Some people thrive off of the feeling of fear.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Fear of life is a huge problem for people.
Happiness in life can also be a large problem.

Why?

I am a very brave person, I am courageous, and courageous does not mean the lack or overcoming of fear. Courage is the control of fear, using fear for the best. Overcoming fear comes to you in many ways, a new experience, fun, you can get thousands of feelings from overcoming your fears.

Fear of life though, means the fear of losing your life. Fear of taking a step forward, and being pushed two steps back. Many people won't step outside of their comfort zones because they consider life to be too valuable to take a chance that may destroy it.

I grow up in a town, where there are underlying fears, and underlying happiness. Nobody will speak about it professionally. Nobody will speak about it in private. Most of the time, it is only the actual action that makes people consider even speaking about it.

What is with fear?
What is it that we enjoy?

Do you know why being happy with your life is wrong? If slitting your wrists makes you feel good than who's to say you are wrong? If playing head games and manipulating people makes you happy, than what is wrong? If stealing for a living creates happiness is it good? Is there really truth to they saying "whatever makes you happy"?
