You guys are confusing the issue. The phone break up (which I suppose you all are alluding to in your sarcastic posts) is a guy's choice on how to deal with a situation he found himself in. He could have walked away during any time during those five years, but he didn't. He could have done a number of things, and he chose to humiliate her in part as revenge over the phone. Some agree with that choice, some don't.

this, however, is a pure case of misjustice. Everybody, the judge, the jury, the cops, the DA, are all guilty of stereotyping a guy with a criminal record based on an overt lie of a seemingly innocent single mother.

Despite what many of you would like to believe, ALL woman aren't PURE evil ALL the time. Sometimes you really do have a choice to walk away, and you really are responsible for the choices you make in life.

Yes I hate stuff like this, compiled against the daily mindfcuk of reading my local paper and seeing the scorn women spill out in the comments section about men - In this instance blaming men for women fleecing the benifits system in the UK by getting knocked up and getting free housing.

the article didn't mention specifically, but I'm assuming they had sex, and changed her story after the fact. So there might have been actual evidence of sexual intercourse, and with his history of "violent arrests" she could have claimed that she was too scared to do anything, so there wasn't any evidence of forced entry.

So you've got evidence of sex, a guy with a violent past, and she claiming she was raped.

It's not that much of stretch to see how could get locked up, with the deck stacked against him so much.

This is a good thing. It's about time someone publicized an incident of a woman getting sent up-river for claiming false rape. They were getting away with it forever.

A few more cases publicized where the woman was found to be lying about rape and gets sent to jail HERSELF and women will think twice before making these kinds of false claims.


Now what does this mean for the aspiring Juan? Well, you can take it as more "evidence" of how awful women are...or you can write it off as one sick psycho woman playing mind-games...or you can try to learn a lesson from it to avoid the situation yourself.

Not every girl is going to "feign rape" to excuse herself to her friends, and this chick is an exceptional psycho, but if you bust up a chick-group, you WILL cause some drama on one level or another. So it's best to learn SOMETHING about PU from this.


Lesson to be learned...you have to at LEAST make some effort to disarm her friends. If you at least show them how cool a guy you are before isolating your principle, they may get miffed/jealous when their friend goes off with you. Charm goes a LONG way when it comes to separating a group of girls. You WANT her friends to like you.

If they like you, then when you isolate the girl you want, they look at it less as "their friend ditching them" and more as an opportunity to "get two cool people laid". That provides them with the best thing you can offer any group of women...a topic of GOSSIP the next morning.
