Yes, there are some younger men who chase older women using tech methods. The majority of interest for 40+ women comes from older, thirsty beta males.

It is less common for younger men to chase 40+ women on the internet. It's even more unusual for a man in his 30s to be seeking a woman 10+ years older.

The 30 something man using real life methods for finding 40+ women (typically 10+ years older) is something like the coelcanth. The typical woman 40+ isn't dealing with a significantly younger man pursuing her in real life.

The typical 30 something woman in the USA (even in most bigger cities) has mostly attached friends and acquaintances. Her friends and acquaintances are busy with their relationships. Her friends and acquaintances are busy having children and dealing with their young children. They don't have time to be going to fashionable restaurants and bars. The typical 30 something woman is going to find it difficult to meet her friends or acquaintances in person for basic socialization, let alone going out to bars and meeting men. The typical unattached 30 something might also find it difficult to start over and make new friends with similarly aged women in a similar life spot.

The media likes to hype 30s and early 40s Millennials as never marrieds and childless people. While there are more 30s and early 40s Millennials who are childless as compared to when the Boomers and Generation X were similarly aged to the Millennials now, it's still a smaller number.
