"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I have a belief that it takes 6 weeks of doing most things to internalize them. I have heard a(some?) Psychologists say it takes about 5 weeks to internalize a new habit, so I don't know if this was implicitly primed or not. However, it works well for me, besides anything worth doing takes 6 weeks. That's why we always had to allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of those sweet magazine-ad deals when we were kids, right?

So what I do is I start all my new habits to internalize on the same week. I then set my phone's calendar to buzz me in 6 weeks to swap out stuff. How else would I remember when to switch? I switch in new recipes, a new workout regime, focus on another area of understanding females, make a point to visit new places, etc. This really helps prevent stagnation.

Some people will be thinking, you really focus on one new thing you're trying to understand/accomplish with women for *weeks*? Isn't that a waste of time? I actually believe just the opposite, I believe it's closer to a waste of time (but still better than taking no action to change) to bother reading about things that will never become automatic habits. See, I don't want to have to conciously think about things all the time. I want to just automatically order a garden salad instead of fries, I want to automatically reframe conversations, I want to automatically use controlled, timed repetitions when working out, etc. That's why I believe in the six week rule. I truly do believe if one exhibits a new behavior over this period of time, it will usually stick. This also allows plenty of time to troubleshoot, find expert advice, etc and really master something.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

A good jerk-off takes seven weeks, you obviously are an amatuer theorist.

Jerking off isn't really somehting I practice techniques for, but I'll be sure to refer anyone who asks about jerking techniques to you. If you spend 7 weeks on each technique, I am sure you're qualified to give advice on the subject :)

My personal favorite story is "the stranger" technique. That's where the guy sits on his hands for 30 minutes before work lets out. This way his hand is so numb it feels like a stranger is doing it. LOL.

Cheers!

There is no current basis for your theory. I have about 12 semester hours of college level psychology (taught by doctors in psychology).

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
