Its a kind of movie , more like a documentary that explains the secret of the good life and how can you achieve anything you want just with the power of your mind , with visualizing it and waiting for the university to respond.

That is probably the best thread on this subject and it so also happens to be my review. Do note that the introduction links to an earlier thread, which I had also posted. In short: throw The Secret in the trash and consider better sources of insight.

I seen the other threads, but I dont think theres anything wrong with a new thread, as some here may not have ever heard of it.

Edit. I just read your thread Deep dish, and I must say it is a great piece of writing. Personally, though, I dont think it matters if it is real or not, aiming your thoughts in a more positive direction can only be beneficial. Like religion, even if there is no God, billions of people still benefit greatly just by having faith in a higher power. Every born again christian I know is incredibly happy, and turned their life around in a good way. Whether its because of God or the fact that they think positive, and try to love their fellow man, is irrelevant, really. Why disprove the existance of God, and wreck their lives? In the grand scheme of things, all of the child molesting priests, conquistadors, Jihadists etc. are a small percentage of what is overall a very helpful and good thing. While I cant argue the facts you stated about the scam facet of 'The Secret,' I am trying to train my brain to think like they suggest. Whether its 'real' or not, it will help me. Of course, Im not stupid enough to buy a rock either.
