"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Rules of Attraction

Question: What do women find to be most attractive about Men?

Hypothesis: If a Man is confident when interacting with a woman, then she will find him attractive.

Methods: There are many ways to create attraction. The three used in this experiment are “The three C’s.”

-Confidence: Approach without focusing on any fears in mind. Not that the fear is bad, but it will compromise the goals.

-Charm: Keep the conversation moving, it shouldn’t need to last more than 3 - 5 minutes. Stay focused on her as the subject.

-Challenge: Keep things about you to a minimum, mystery is crucial, but not so much that you seem dangerous.

Confidence is important through-out the state of attraction. When confidence is portrayed, so are the characteristics of the “Alpha-Male.” Lacking confidence makes one nervous, creating discomfort. By being uncomfortable, that feeling is conveyed to others. Uncomfortable is not exactly how people want to feel, especially with something like dating, an important part of many people’s lives.

Confidence does not mean “fear nothing” rather it means even though fear is present, face it, don’t turn and run. When approaching a woman, most men will get anxious, a “butterflies in the stomach” feeling, forcing them to turn away, and thus, missing great opportunities simply because they were afraid to feel this for a few short minutes.

Showing confidence isn’t a skill, it comes naturally. Simply because nervousness isn‘t apparent. People who lack confidence can show this through body language by fidgeting, nail biting, folding or crossing their arms, and the most common, avoiding eye contact.

By avoiding eye contact, attention isn’t being given where it is needed, and sends the message that the attention isn’t earned. Eye contact is also important, because it can help determine if physical attraction is present. When the pupils enlarge, attraction is present, and when they shrink, there is little to no attraction. This also depends on the lighting situation, so it is not 100%.

Being charming is simply defined as the art of sincere complimenting. It isn’t flattery, because that is planned. Flattery is expecting something in return, but not charm. Charm is used to tell a person how they feel about them, in a good way. An example of this is a situation between fictional characters John and Sarah.

Sarah walks towards John. He notices and glances around, making sure he is the one she is locked on.
Sarah: “Hey sweetie, mind if I borrow this pencil? Oh! what a cute smile you have!”
John says while smiling and nodding..
John: “Sure!”

Though not something that happens very often, John has just been charmed by a complete stranger. He believes this to be love at first site, infatuation, or other fairy tale forms of love. He however, has simply been given a sincere compliment that tells him that he does, in fact, have a cute smile. This stems back to Confidence, the first “C.”

By combining confidence and charm, Sarah not only got the pencil she needed, she now has created attraction between the two of them. John doesn’t know the act of charm though, so he is confused. Humans being naturally curious, and exerting some confidence, John would approach her and attempt to discover what made him so attracted to Sarah.

Challenge is what keeps the attraction in a relationship moving. Though men may be confident and charming, if they lack challenge, it makes the other two useless. What’s the point in approaching women, charming them, and then later, they leave? There is no point. Only emotional pain and confusion can come from that.

Lacking challenge can be seen as a male who finds a girl he is attracted to, and within the first few contacts, has let everything about him be known. This can also be seen in every day situations.

Take for instance, a favorite food. Eating a favorite food, every day, as every meal, for a long period of time will make this food seem boring and mundane. Only by spacing out the times this food is consumed, will its great taste remain.

By leaving no challenge, there is no incentive to continue in a relationship, thus making it boring, mundane, and usually results in its end. Humans curiosity is a desired feeling. When everything there is to know becomes common knowledge, the subject becomes boring. Simply put, curiosity equals interest.

Ivan Pavlov was a physiologist who found out how to make a dog salivate whenever it heard a certain noise. What he did is known as classical conditioning.

This can be connected to attraction, and usually connects to every day life. An example is: Paul sees Karen, a girl he is attracted to, and has been on a small number of dates with. She comes storming into the office, slamming her things down. He then avoids her as much as possible that day. A couple days later, Karen comes in with a shiny smile on and everything seems to be great. Paul then goes over and talks to her for a while, and through-out the day makes sure she notices him around. Eventually, if he continues, not only will she be more attracted to him, he will also be more attracted to her. He is connected to her good emotions. Now, when she thinks of Paul, it makes her happy, rather than angry/sad/annoyed. Paul has increased the attraction between the two of them. This does come with some rules, such as the extent of the bad emotions. Perhaps a family member has just died, Karen is deeply hurt, and needs someone to “lean” on. Paul would be wise to be there for Karen in such a situation.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Whoa, nice post! I mean that sincerely. Guess I'm a charmer eh :D? Confidence, Charm, and Challenge. Sounds about right. Very simple, effective, and easy to remember.

Good examples, too.
