Great Advice Jonwon.. i just started using the jojoba oil, gonna check it out and see how it works.. ive already been doing some of the stuff uve recommended for example taking Pantothenic Acid. I am also takin a wide variety of other vitamins like Alpha Lipoic Acid and N-acetyl cysteine (NAC) both of which you can easily find at ur local GNC. I've been takin these as well as a few other supplements and eating alot of quality foods and lately my acne has dramatically cleared up. I learned everything from the book "The Acne Prescription" By Dr. Perricone. The book i think is amazin.. since following his program for 2 weeks i have a **** load of energy and my skin looks amazin and my acne is slowin alot.. CHeck it out for sure.. And pick up some Alpha Lipoic Acid and NAC.. there antioxidants so there great not just for ur skin but for all around health

In my experience popping is a good thing, if you're using this program. But try not to touch your face during the day. Also don't touch your face with your mobile phone.

POPPING

Wash your hands first, then pop them good, then have a shower, then apply creme.

If your not about to have a shower and apply the creme, don't pop yet.

If I do this I never see them again. Just be careful, you may be someone that scars easily.

My rules for popping...

1. Wait till the pimple has a white head

2. Take a safety pin and carefully puncture the top

3. Use a towel/cloth(no fingers or nails) and squeeze it until fluid is clear or red.

4. Have a shower and do whatever it is you do.

does the brand of bp matter? im getting an 8oz bottle of oxy bp at 10% for around 8 dollars. cheap to me, but does the brand/% make any difference?

also, has anyone tried the Erythromycin cream and does it matter much?

only get BP 2.5% the others do nothing but dry your skin. Mix it with erythromycin and 3 drops of jojoba oil. Use a lot of BP.

Just read the article. There are more things you need to know. But it will clear you up.

Ugh, my face is a bit burning from the benzoyl p. Will jojoba oil help alleviate that sensation, anyone know or can advise me I haven't put jojoba on yet (cause I didn't know put the benzoyl right now, earlier) cause I'm afraid it won't soothe it it'll make a bit worse.

Today was my first day starting Accutane actually. I'm hoping for it work well and I hope I'm part of the half that never has acne come back.

What's troubling is that it'll get a bit worse at first, and then get better. So I'm gonna do BP + Jojoba for now once a day and see where that gets me. I'm breaking out pretty ****ing bad at the moment, dunno wtf is going on. I need to be looking nice by next weekend (important weekend!) so hopefully combining these two will give me some good results

If I was you I'd hold off the accutain until you give these 3 a shot. Do the research It's terrible stuff. I had terrible acne and thought nothing could fix it. Antibiotics, Lazar, retain-a did not work. The doctor told me to go get some accutain but thats when I came across Jonwon's advice. Just put the time in and read the whole thing.

With the cremes. The magic formula is....

1. BP 2.5% squirt a line of it as long as your pinky finger on your palm.
2. put a little erythromycin 2%(must have) in the mix
3. add 3 drops of jojoba oil

Mix up in your palm then apply gently to whole face, or affected areas.

At the start of my treatment, I didn't get good results until I applied the cremes 2 times a day(Cut it down to once later). Within a week I was getting no more puss bombs.

Unless your skin is really resilient, BP combined with Accutane will irritate and dry you out to hell and back. If you insist on combining the two, look into using emu oil as a moisturiser; it's much more anti-inflammatory and anti-irritant than jojoba.

Oh, yeah I know about the dryness thing, I've been warned getting heavily dry lips and possibly nose (which can lead to nosebleeds) so I carry around a little moisturizer with me always.

I'm only using BP+jojoba oil til next weekend (that'll be only 1 week into accutane) because I really need to get better skin by then! Don't ask... lol.
