“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

Inception didn't work for me; I couldn't get past the brain-wave ESP part of it. That said, it did a good try of showing the whackiness of dreams.

It's watchable, though hardly one of CN's strongest films. I maintain he's at his best when directing smaller scale, personal flicks like Following, Memento and The Prestige. The finacial windfall he received via that garrishly overrated Dark Knight trilogy encouraged his more portentous urges

The last movie of his that I watched was Dunkirk, which I liked. I haven’t watched Tenet, Oppenheimer, or The Odyssey, which is his latest one.

Either way, I like his movies, especially the way he incorporates the variable of time into them, like Interstellar, even though they can feel somewhat soulless as a whole.

Eh, ignore the main criticisms that have been circulating, ie as the thread title implies - not so much "whitewashing" as "blackwashing".

Keep in mind that some people literally profit from stirring sh!t, esp on X.

Yes, the film features a Greece that has a few Negros. An Asian or two. Maybe a trans even, idk.

It doesn't detract from the story.

The original epic is mythology, so one would have to believe in magic and monsters, and accept that gods walk amongst mortals before getting upset about cosmetic discrepancies.

Actually the main deviation from the plot is the Hollywood ending (literally sailing off into the sunset).
In the book, Ulysses rounds up the surviving betrayers and has them tortured and executed.
This is the bit that's been "whitewashed".
Homer understood human nature all too well.

It's a long-ass movie and packed with details, even though I was familiar with the tale, there's much that I'd forgotten about.
My woman knew nothing of Homer's epic, but it's spurred her to research it.
She thinks Matt Damon turned out hot in his old age.

We'll be seeing it a second time around, maybe in Imax, though seats are booked for at least the next month
