Here's what I use. I look deeply into her eyes and say (with a French accent):

Actually I have used that with women I'm dating, and it always goes over real big. This always startles them. It then becomes a game of me saying absurdly passionate things similar to that one.

When one finally doesn't hit the mark I say (good naturedly), "You think it's so easy? YOU try one." They're never able to, and they now have a new appreciation for my silver tongue.
