For example, you automatically feel 10X more confident around women when you say or think to yourself "I am the prize to be sought" or "any woman would be lucky to have me."

You have to really believe this is true for it to work as well. You have to focus on your positive attributes. If you are a fatass though, it would be hard to do.

Wow, that girl is cute. How lucky I would be to talk to her or go out with her. Hell, I would be lucky to even get attention from a HB6.

It is simply a matter of choice or perception in deciding which way to think.

The choice is yours.
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
