The look, The eyes and Everything Else

So i was reading one article here about body signs regarding the look a woman gives. The article stated that a woman who is attracted to you would look you in the eye for a short while then automatically look down as a way ofsubmitting themselves to you.
Well i get such looks but i also get looks from women when they would look you in the eye then quicly turn without looking down, but would look back again over and over. This is where the confusion begins. Because they are obviously looking at me and giving me the eye but they arent looking down. Does it mean they like me but they wont submit to me (mayb because i am good looking, but i am not very manly either. Ive got a rather skinny body).
Is it every situation that a woman has to look down after giving you the eye for it to signal attraction?

Dude there's a confusion you must note.

People like to watch people, usually, they start off with the face ( well I tend to see female a55's but that's just me. )

So don't go on about every female that watches you and turns her head = likes you. Most people turn heads when you caught them watchin you.


Dont over-generalise.
