In addition to shunning the little voice that says your are a little ***** that can't be chicken **** in life,

I've also began listening to a different little voice.

It's the one that says,

"touch her. now."

or

"give her a dirty look. right now."

or

"Leave that trick alone!" lol

or

"Let's clean up the house and go work out."

It's that little voice that can lead you to the spontaneity and inner pimp that ALL of us have inside.
