"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

The less I care about women the more I catch them staring

Was it all really so simple? Or maybe I am overreacting? Last few weeks I told me self to stop being so anxious and thirsty when I see women. (I am a sucker for yoga pants, and curves) If i seen a women I liked I would in my mind turn in to a horn dog animal, I would keep trying to get them to look back at me. It felt forced and I was self sabotaging myself. That's when I told myself "relax, tone it down and don't subconsciously put them on a pedestal" You see I thought if I didn't approach them that was enough, not allowing them on their pedestal. It wasn't....it was what was going on inside of me and how I reacted to being in their presence, I was still putting them on a pedestal, but in my mind.

Now when I go out I have this care free, don't give a damn attitude no matter what HB walks in..the thirst is down, the anxiousness, the self sabotaging. I'm just going with the flow, if I see a cute girl I give a quick glance when she is almost not looking and look somewhere else making sure not to dart my eyes. I have now been catching women looking at me from the corner of their eyes more and I have caught quite a few. My favorite is not looking at the hot chicks at all. This one chick walked in to the coffee shop, when I was waiting for my cup of coffee, I was gawking I tried to refrain but she was really good looking. She didn't glance at me once. She came in again a few days later and I made it a point to myself, don't gawk, don't be thirsty or anxious, relax and go with the flow, be natural and be you. I did.....seen her come in didn't even look at her for more than half a second, no 2nd looks just went about my business.

She recently came in a 3rd time, she walked by me to get in line (i was throwing out my trash)
As I was doing this I seen/felt her looking at me, I did a smooth side look and caught her checking me out, we met eyes and she looked away pretending to read the menu. I made sure this wasn't a casual look, She was looking for a good 3-4 seconds before I looked back at her.

My point is relax, don't be anxious and don't force outcomes in your mind, live in the moment and care as if you would not care if you ever seen her again, she's human just like everybody else, she's not perfect, she has flaws to. She is not a princess

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Perhaps women understand this psychological phenomenon and use it to get men to stare at them.

All that extra looking wastes your attention, that you could be using on other things. It's better if they look at you.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
