i'd like to know why this happened.

met a girl on okcupid, she's a bisexual artist, into casual hookups. we get drunk at a bar, she gets touchy feely as time goes on, saying that i look handsome without my glasses, that we should go to a 'second place', ect. while affirming that she's in for a casual hookup- 'i have a boyfriend in new york', 'i think i may be a lesbian because i like it with other women' ect. by the time we leave i am so drunk that i don't remember how i got home, by myself. i message her the next morning, just short etiquette type of message, and get an enthusiastic response- what did you do today? i had a hangover and did this and that and whatnot. so i reply back just as lengthy and at the end adding on that i wanna meet her again.

and... cut. no reply. she's read the message for sure. and it's been 12 hrs, during which time she's logged on the app several times.

no reply, no interest.

so how did this go cold turkey so fast?

i also have her phone number but i thought using the app to the end was much less invasive.

Holy Christ. Its been only 12 hours and you are getting desperate. Give it another 12 hours at least. If she don't contact you by tomorrow, just move on. This is the way of the wirld unfortunately for you.

Boy this ***** sounds like a mess. Expect anything from mentally ustable women and dont dwell on the things they do much. Using common sense to make sense of twisted minds is wrong.

Women get wrapped up in emotional states. Could be anything really, this is normal female behavior. One minute they are all over you, then the next day nothing... Could be she got a text from a guy who's her first choice.... I had a women recently go cold on me when she got a Christmas card from her ex-husband with a picture of her former step-daughter on it... that sent her into an emotional tail spin, gave her some space and she came back. If she is still interested in you she'll come back, otherwise just move the fvck on... nothing you can do about this.

i just don't understand the mentality of women who can casually befriend a stranger and screw them on the same night.

granted i'm way old fashioned but where's the turning point for women like this? how do they ever settle down if ever?

You'd be better off trying to figure out why you're so needy and desperate, rather than why she didn't respond within 12 hours.
