“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Their's alot of different opinions on this matter and I want to hear all of them. What exactly is the ideal male body? What type of physique should all men strive to achieve? Also, since women put more emphasis on the face then on the body, throw in some tips on what men should try to look like in the face.

their is no ideal body some woman like different things

you cant gowrong with a tight, muscular body. Nic chest, abs, arms

i cant stands guys though that dont do legs

they are "buff" but they look like a light bulb with two pencils sticking out

i jus dont know how girls can like that

but the truth is that we as men are still attracted to girls that do not have perfect bodies and vice versa with woman

in terms of face:

clean hair cut-well shaven or a good looking style will do

clean face-washed, not oily, no zits

If you look like the guys on the cover on Men's Health magazine you're probably pretty set.

You want to be muscly but not a total muscle man, since I don't think most chicks dig the really muscly guys.

I'd say a guy 6' tall, 180 lbs - proportionate muscular features...

symettrical facial features, clear complexion, nice white smile, no glasses, healthy color to the skin.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I totally agree with this. If you're going to work out, DO LEGS. Guys that don't do legs are top-heavy and EASY to push over.

So you would say that the super buff guys you see on the World's Strongest Man competitions aren't exactly what you should strive to look like.

Young man, I must say I totally agree with you! :)
These guys strive to be 'arms only bodybuilders', yet when you look at their wheels, they have Pollo Loco legs. I work at a gym, and girls always clown those types.

Strive to look like whatever the hell ya want, boy. Different women dig different body types (I wouldn't recommend eating yourself to 400 pounds though). There is no perfect type. Body type is less important than personality and charisma.

Women are like us, they all have their own fetishes... shoulders, abs, arms... depends on the girl.

Younger ones seem to want a guy they can show off to their friends (social proof?), but the older ones want something a bit more functional, like, can we lift heavy $hit and move stuff around.

Having said that, I don't think there is a girl who doesn't drool over Olympic swimmers and divers.

The most popular look seems to be 6' - 6'3" 170 - 210 lbs. with 4-8% body fat (as long as the six-pack is showing). Large bone structure -- specifically broad shoulders and thick hands, and proportional muscles all over.

Thats what I think girls like also. But 4-8% is great but over doing it if you just want to look "good." 8-12% for guys is fine. That is still a 6 or 8 pack.

Look balance and strong.

The advantage for us is that u can look strong without being muscular ... hard to achieve - but possible.

It's not how big you are - it's how much of a man do you look like? Some girls need to feel protected so they like big arms, others loves a big chest because it is masculine bla bla bla. That's some will say but it all comes down to...

'look'N like a man'. Which is more of an attitude thing then physical. That's why u see alot of ugly guys with chicks.

Girls all have different tastes ... the most 'general' I can get is that.

It's kinda like us - the more feminine a girl is, the more attractive she seems to be. Then again, it's all a matter of taste, preferences N opinion. Sum men defines feminity as big breats, nice ass, nice curves, posture ect.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
