Saw this over the weekend on Amazon video. Pretty good IMO. Hef changed the sex game in the 1950's onward.

• Was surprised that his first wife had an affair behind his back.
• Also when the feminist movement tried to take him down along with Society,
• Penthouse tried to gain ground by pretty much copying Playboy.
• Dude was always dating younger Women. He had a hard time staying monogamous.

Highly recommend when you have time.

Im genuinely 50/50 on old Hef,between thinking hes a legend,or a sad case....The case for: He was ancient yet he was shagging stunning girls a quarter of his age,and likely having the time of his life,so,whatever else was going on here, fair play to him...the case against: These lasses only wanted the money/lifestyle/associated fame,and wouldnt have looked twice had he been a poor old bloke,and he must have known that. But did he care ultimately ? So,legend,or tragic case..dunno!!

Old Hugh for sure. Young Women wanted the fame but I really enjoyed the parts in his 30's and 40's. I didnt realize how big Playboy was during the 1960's through the 1980's. I wish I could have seen what the Playboy clubs were like, especially the one in the UK which was Hef's hottest club.

Also what was interesting was he wasn't really a ladies man early on and he wanted Playboy to have that ultimate "Player" image so he himself became Mr. Playboy by changing his style and grew into it.

I accidentally walked into Playboy's Chicago headquarters by pressing the wrong floor where my wife had a doctor's appointment in the same building awhile ago. LOL

I'll have to watch this sometime along with the documentary on Larry Flynt(Hustler magazine for those that never seen a porn magazine) which also sounds interesting.

No he's not. He's a trustfund baby wannabe fraud at best. I got a feeling he's gonna either be humbled or commit suicide soon since he's been outed.
