Whats up everybody? This is my first post here, site is really helpful. Anyway i wanted to hear what the fellow players out here thought of my problem. you see, im a senior in high school, good looking, good build, all that bs. but my problem is, well idk if it is really a problem, its just something that i have been noticiing more and more recently. why is it, that in high school, the hottest girls tend to go for the "pretty boys"? now i dont want to offend anyone here on the board, and you can see that iam sitting home on a saturday night so iam going to be bitter to begin with. but seriously, the kids who are the complete opposite of men, those are the ones who end up with the hottest chicks. it doesnt make sense to me. i mean are all high school girls that ****ed up? alot of people say iam too mature for my age, but at the same time people are trying to enlist this idea that girls mature faster than guys. how the **** are you maturting faster than guys when they make actions like that. ok, lets backtrack. i dont want to say i want a shallow girl who likes me just because of my looks, but i am saying, i think we all know what im talking about... the skinny ass soccer player with no facial hair and spends more time looking in the mirror than his own mother. the ones who think the are the ****, opposed to the real men (football player type), who KNOW they are real and dont have to boast about it. i mean can someone explain to me why these highschool bithces are so messed up?

Just remember that its nature, you can't really blame anyone for it. I'm not entirely sure what you mean (some of it was vague and confusing and incoherent, like the part at the end about football players), but think about the qualities of these guys that women are likely attracted to and realize that attraction is nature and there is often good reason for it.
I know that I once found the idea of the "*******" type being attractive while I, the quintessential nice guy, was getting whipped. I eventually realized the problem and appreciated that it isn't wrong, it's just nature.

first, high school isn't real life.
second, it's not the sport. there's douchebags in soccer, douchebags in football, douchebags in golf. players in soccer, players in football, players if golf.
third, you're probably not a fun guy. if you're acting bitter on a forum, you are probably bitter in real life... and if you're not acting bitter in real life, you are probably looking like a wannabe popular kid.
work on your personality, acting mature doesn't make you mature. when you act mature you put yourself on a make believe pedestal pretending you're too good to talk to people or have fun with them... and no one's buying it. the real mature people out there are the people who know how to have fun when it's a time to have fun (and are serious when it's a time to be serious).

I don't agree. One of my best mates is commonly agreed as possibly the hottest guy in school by all the chicks I know. He is big, strong, manly and great a sport (mainly football) but he is humble about out, never brags. Kind of guy I look up to and want to be more like. He's a fairnly nice guy most of the time but to be honest he does pay out othrs sometimes, just as a bit of fun.
But anyway the point I'm trying to get at is I still say girls are attracted to manly men. They are also attracted to maturity. Older guys, guys with cars a jobs, houses and money. But of course like has been stated, girls want to have fun. These metro guys are probably good looking, fun or cool. I have found it strange previously that theres these guys that you would think they are gay if they werent straight withg girlfriends. Seems like chicks love this, like the fasion sense, although these guys are still pretty manly.

Firstly, being hairy and butch doesn't make you a man (have you seen fight club? lol). They can still be manly if they are; confident, alpha, brave, and a host of other terms completely unrelated to looks.
Secondly, it's straight out dumb to say woman like 'manly' looking men. Do we all like 'girly' girls? No. Some like athletic some like short, some like girls with big asses, some like curvacious girls, some even like paris hilton look-a-likes (i dont know why, lol). The point is, dont try and stereotype a whole gender like that.
