I have been getting cold sores very frequently lately, 3-4 times in the last month, usually i get them once or twice a year. And i have a feeling that its every time after i make out with this girl.

Once you have cold sores, they are with you forever.

Take care of your health first, you may need to change your diet, take certain supplements, rest more, moniter your stress levels etc in order to decrease the frequencies of outbreaks.
