I noticed as my 30s went along that getting big age gaps was rather challenging. If any man wants a 10+ year age gap, he's going to have to be exceptional in some way and offer something to a woman that men her own age can't offer. That something is typically money, especially for the 35-50 year olds seeking women 10+ years younger.

I mean that's not to say there are not hot older women. Melania Trump is attractive for her age, but there is less hot women as they age and then you have the attitude problem. While older ones might not focus on looks much they tend to be big time gold diggers and materialistic.

I would say its the Big 2, height and hair, until the woman starts to turn menopausal. Then the 3rd one, money, comes into play.

Actually, the older the woman is, the less height is a factor. Then it's less about his height, it's more about money. As long as he is taller than her, an older woman will sacrifice it for money.
