The Girl Group Club Magic Eyecontact Phenomenon

Now im sure im not the first one to notice this, but i still think it's interesting regardless.

So you're at a club, and there is a group of hot girls (well, could be any girls, but we want the hotties). They're on the dance floor and they're all facing each other. You go up behind one and slickly touch her side or shoulder briefly then begin dancing with her. She complies without ever looking behind her or seeing you.

Scenario 2: You go up to another equally hot girl, again in a group of friends with their backs turned. You sidle up and begin grinding on her seemingly doing the same thing, except this time she rejects you INSTANTANEOUSLY without having ever seen you.

Enter the Girl Group Club Magic Eyecontact Phenomenon. When you approach a target in a club in a group of girls, she will receive a nonverbal eye contact signal from her girlfriend directly across from her telling your target whether or not she should dance with you. The girlfriend evaluates you based on whatever criteria (looks, body language, social standing, etc.) and immediately signals your target with a YES or NO. It amazes me how quickly this happens. Just something to be aware of. And keep in mind your body language and social standing (looks and dress too) are paramount in a noisy, sexual environment like a club dancefloor

very true, im not advocating sneaking up behind them and grinding, but we've all done it (especially drunkn) and it can be hard to not come from behind when she's flanked by two of her girlfriends....you're gonna have to come up from behind ONE of them.

Agree, I think guys who have success in these scenarios are the ones that can appear cheeky to the rest of the girl group visually the few seconds before they even start hitting on their target. It's good for the ego if you are accepted, and I reckon generally if her friends give her the thumbs up for you, even if she's not that fussed on you herself she'll still kiss you. I do it, I find myself valuing my friends opinions more than mine sometimes which is ridiculous.

On a side note, as bad as clubs are generally, it's fun if you're with a group of friends dancing away and you happen to have a girl behind you whose hfb (hot from behind, is that a thing? I'm new to all this!) to kinda ass grind and eventually you both turn around and are (hopefully) relieved that they're hot, like roulette or poker when you play blind.
