“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

rent everything.(note: you don't have to start doing this until immediately before the marriage)

rent your house/apartment

rent your games from gamefly

rent your movies from netflix

rent your books from the library

rent/lease your car

etc.

if you get divorced (god forbid), your wife cannot get any of your stuff, because none of it is legally yours, you're just paying for it(and in america, the 4th amendment prevents the judge from giving your wife the stuff anyway because that'd be unlawful/unfair seizure of the bank/landlord/corporation's property)

note: she can still get money from you though, so you've just gotta hope she doesn't get so much from you that you need to give all the stuff back(just rent a cheaper house/apartment and depending on location either go cheaper or no car and that'll cut your expenses much lower.)

this doubles as a few other things because it prevents you from being sued out of anything you have because you have no private assets(that goes for private buisnesses AND civil court) and it means no one will murder you for your possessions(anyone who would do that would likely know enough about you to find out you rent everything)

Yeah.....I.....guess...

But it kinda defeats the purpose of working hard and building myself into a quality person if I'm going to make all future financial decisions out of fear and paranoia.

Based on few threads....

- Date the woman at least 2-3 years before proposing. By that time, you should be out of the honeymoon phase, discovered her faults, quirks, etc.

- Rent for 3 years after marriage. (see above)

- Don't have a kid until after the third year of marriage. You should be banging her weekly up until that point. If she gives you the post-nuptial cutoff at any point in that three year stretch, leave the marriage. It only gets worse with a toddler around.

Actually, the foolproof way to never be screwed by divorce is to never get married in the first place. I can see your concern of potentially loosing everything one may have due to divorce.

We, as men, take up a huge risk with zero rewards in marriage. Our risk is that if she one day decides to divorce us for any reason, we automatically loose half of everything we have. Furthermore, chances are she will end up with the children while you have to pay monthly for child support.

But if you think about it, there is nothing you can get in marriage that you can not get when you are single.

If you are already planning what to do in case of a divorce even before marriage then you should really think about how much you love her and how she compliments you. Any doubts should raise a red flag...

Thanks Mr. Lawyer ;) Based upon this understanding of constitutional law I'm guessing you're under 25 years old? I ask in all seriousness.
