i just met a girl from online we have been talking alot and everything is cool we did plan do go on a date friday and i want to know if i should bring flowers on the first date?

No way. Never bring gifts on a first date. Especially not for an online contact. Keep it short & simple too. You have no idea who you're dealing with. Avoid contact as much as possible before the date. You have to keep the mystery at maximum.

ZeeOwl has some good advice. Keep contact minimal from now until your date. I have met a few online girls before, and if I talked to them too often before our first meeting, it just felt like things got too "familiar" and that feeling usually carried over to the real world. Mystery works well in both directions.

Definitely nix the idea of bringing flowers or anything like that. I would also add that you shouldn't throw out compliments either, especially about her appearance.

Just go with one expectation - that you're going to have a good time and if she's lucky she'll get to bask in some of your fun too. Out of 8 or so online girls I have met, only two were at all worthwhile. The online thing can be good for practice though.
