Why "Whatever You Want" Keeps You Single

She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.

You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.

The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

There's an artwalk coming up this thursday that my ex usually goes with with her friends, but i just met this Hot Babe (HB9) and I invited her to go with me. The thing is now, i don't know whether to take her or not.

I'm sure my ex will see her but honestly i don't want my ex's friends s**t talking or her feeling like s**t. It's obvious I still like and care for the girl.

I'll give you a little breakdown of the breakup so you guys can help me asses the situation....

I broke up with her through text after i saw she went out to LA close to midnight and didn't tag her friends. She was also being very distant and cold because of issues at home. I feel i came off as needy at that time too and that caused more distance.

I deleted her from Facebook and We didn't talk for a week after the break up but i caved and went to her house and pulled the most AFC move ever....I cried to her.

We end up "being cool and made plans to hang out in the next two days. The day comes and text her "hey lady lumps ready for today? " she replies with something along the lines of " hey writhe, I don't think I'm not going to be able to hang out after all, sorry".

I've got a good feeling she misses me, she was a virgin and just being straight forward, i still want to f**k her...maybe make it a FWB with a potential for a relationship again.

I thought about calling her and and inviting her to art walk instead, just as "friends" but the last communication was that text and that was two weeks ago.

I more than likely will see her at the artwalk and that could be my chance to talk to her and try to set up another date, but i also get a shot at an HB9.

What would you guys do in my situation?
I'll take any opinions or advice.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Do not bring her if it is your first date. Only bring her after the f-close.

Disregarding that, you need to stop with the AFc clingy lost puppy BS and move on.

Ok that might be the worst case scenario, but HB9 might stick around because she doesnt know what the ex looks like...

but lets say i switch up the venue, forget about the artwalk and just concentrate on the HB and build comfort

What do I do with the ex? it hasnt been even a month since the breakup, maybe I should wait another month..brush up on text game and ask her out for some coffee? ..I mean taking how the breakup went about would that be a good idea? also i havent spoken to her in about a week since i got rejected from that date.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

No. 'Talking' about how the breakup went with your ex, is a soft option. In this case my gut says that this is the sort of thing girls would chat about to each other. Dont be a girl, you would be on an even faster road to friendzone than what you are now.

The big issue you have with your ex, is your AFC behaviour - thanks for being honest about that in the forums though.

If I were you, Id concentrate on the current HB (high rating you give her btw), and ease off on talking or contacting your ex at all. And work on that AFC stuff. Its a fast track to LosersVille.

I didn't mean "talking" i meant "taking" or "by observing how the whole breakup went down"

talking to a chick about my problems is a turn off dude, i know that..I'm not completely hopeless lol

as far as AFC behavior goes, I guess you can call me a natural "alpha" for the most part.. Staying that way when I reach deeper into a relationship is a whole other struggle.

i've seen a few of david deangelos "deeper inner game"

do you happen to know anything else that could help me out?

crying to your ex was beyond afc, that was a b*tch move, I know most afc guys with more balls then you, never again cry to another woman, and if you do cry, cry by yourself while no one sees.

Also bring the chick, f*ck your girl and friends opinions. Forget about being with y0ur ex again, no one ends up back with their ex and stay with them forever, dude you have a lot to learn you very wet behind the ears.
