the effects 25mg ephedra had on me

I just recently recieved the ephedra that i ordered. I tried some of it today and i can say that for the first couple of hours i felt awake(i took it at 7am, just before school started) I felt alert and warm. It felt just a bit hotter then ususal. This stuff is nothing crazy and i really did expect more out of it. I want to mix it with caffeine now but people are telling me that thats when it gets dangerous. ehhhh Do u guys think that i'll still get good cuts out of this for my cutting cycle?

Only 25mg? That's not much at all. I took two tablets of 800mg Higher Power Ephedra on an empty stomach, and i feel a little jittery, but not bad at all. What are the ingrediants in yours? Mine says:

Ephedra extract ... 800mgs
LPC........................30mgs
Tyrosine................20mgs

I wouldn't imagine you don't start getting into trouble unless you take several at a time, or like a handful. I've taken them in the morning, on an empty stomach, with coffee, and then went and played basketball, and i was totally fine.

Try not to be scared about what the media said, but as an experiment, up the dose until you really start feeling its effects. It's not really going to work in such a small dose.

Use it as the bottle suggests and you'll be fine. That guy died from ephedra because he abused it.

holy sh*t 800mg? I bought it off that site 1fast400. Im not exactly sure and i ripped off the label so that noone would say anything stupid. I know its 25mg a tablet though, it says it on the pill itself. Should i take 2 at the same time? or 2 at different times of the day? I mean i know i felt something,but i was expecting so much more. Now the only problem is i dont want to go crazy with these pills. I dont know what to expect so i dont want to go over board and end up in the hospital.


The bottle is vasporo ephedrine, It says to use the pills for bronchidol something, It says take one every 4 hours do not exceed 6 a day.

There was a thread a little while ago about the same bottle you just ordered, I have a couple sitting behind me, although my cutting cycle doesn't start for another month or so.

FitnessGuy knows his shyt, and he gives some recommendations on there, so I was gonna follow those at first (or maybe just 2 a day to start) and go from there.

I think that there may be a difference between the ephedrine and ephedra extract.

I thought I remembered reading that somewhere, and that would support the discrepency between the "800 mg" and the "25 mg." I couldn't find anything on the web right away after like a minute of searching, but I gotta go for right now...

EpheDRINE is the synthetic version of epheDRA and supposidely more dangerous than natural ephedra, which is extracted from the herb ma huang.

Yes, I thnk you have to differentiate between the ma huang and the actual extract of ephedra. The herbal version won't hit you like the pharmaceutical in my experience but certain OTC herbal versions CAN be effective - if you can find them anywhere. Combine with 200mg caffeine whether herbal or real for best effects. Twice a day is good. First thing AM and perhaps before your workout if later. Don't take it too late in the day though as you want a good night's sleep.
